Latest addition to the Capital Region Shit List: this guy nearly hitting a 12-year-old getting off the bus 🚌🫣

This happened last month in New Baltimore within the Coeymans-Ravena school district. The driver did not stop after the incident, but was later identified thanks to the new surveillance cameras the district installed this year 🎥 

The person investigators say is responsible is Neal Daley, 51, from Poughkeepsie. He’s facing a slew of felony and misdemeanor charges, including first-degree reckless endangerment, a Class D felony; endangering the welfare of a child, a Class A misdemeanor; and reckless driving, an unclassified misdemeanor 👮
