Can we be real? 
Weight loss conversations are complicated. But for me, this isn’t about chasing a size—it’s about health. It’s about feeling strong, having energy, and giving my body what it needs. GLP-1 medications are so misunderstood, but they have been life-changing for people with hormone imbalances, eating disorders, and those struggling with food relationships. It’s not about taking an ‘easy way out’—it’s about finding a way forward. If you’ve ever felt like your body was working against you, you’re not alone. Let’s navigate this together. I will continue to share what I've been through and how these medications have helped me get to a place i can finally put my health first. 

The scary truth? I want to be healthier so i can live longer and be show up for my family in the best way possible. I want better clothes options and to stop waiting for the world to accept bigger bodies. I want to feel good when i look in the mirror. I've been confident at many different sizes but the confidence i feel when i know im taking care of myself is the best of all. I hope to continue to share this journey with you and open the dialogue to talk about the medications and how they have helped me. I'm not pushing an agenda or saying anyone should take it. This is just my journey.
