No one said this journey was going to be easy… and i cant believe I’m posting this, never in a million years did i ever think i would be this open and raw. But here goes.. if I’m going to share this journey with you all, let’s start with a bang!! @powerpluswellness Free the Jiggle class is one of my favorite safe spaces to be!! I can move my body and literally shake it around without being judged. It’s time to fall in love with my body again instead of editing and hiding it.
