In the midst of a pandemic.. i found myself. It took forced isolation to teach me how to enjoy being alone and getting to know myself.. It took social distancing for me to learn that it’s quality over quantity when it comes to relationships and friendships.  I learned to stop forcing things and bring people closer who take that extra step to make me feel special and how important reciprocity is. I deserve the same respect and love that i give in friendships and relationships.
It took getting pregnant and giving birth to my son to learn how to love my body and appreciate how remarkable it is. It took postpartum depression to learn how to listen to my mind and anxiety and realize that sometimes i can’t control how i feel but it’s okay to ask for help! 
For as long as i could remember i hid behind always dressing my best and wearing new clothes to express myself.. Motherhood taught me dressing up can definitely be a form of expression but most of the time comfort is key and dressing up Is now my way of expressing myself in a different way. 
It took time… patience.. love.. loss.. depression.. loneliness.. going in the wrong direction.. faith.. to come back as a better me. 

I’m finally in a place that i know what direction i want to go on. I have focus.. and goals and I’m so excited to see what else i can learn about myself! 

My outfit is another example of how important it is to keep people close to you that truly care. I went to bloggerhousecurvycloset with Grayson and we spent the day having so much fun! I didn’t feel comfortable with the clothes that i had.. honestly they were my old style. Way too tight and uncomfortable. As i find myself i find my style is changing. My friends bloggerhousecurvycloset styled me up! I call this my new mommy fall style! Get more friends like that! Who take the time out of their busy schedules to do whatever it is to be good friends!
