Move that body 💦💦💦 #fableticspartner for those who don’t know i have been on a new health journey. Before all the madness i was consistently going to the gym for 65 days straight.  I’ve lost some weight and i feel so motivated. .
.
I want to be the best me that i can be. Health is such a taboo subject in our community but i feel like it’s so important to talk about. Healthy means something different for everyone and i want to be my own definition of healthy. I will continue to share my journey. .

Important things to remember- No matter what size i am, i am still me! My size or weight doesn’t define me and even though i am smaller, i was still just as beautiful before. 
A big challenge i am working on is loving my body throughout this process. Loving myself during the sweaty workouts, and when I’m in between sizes. I don’t have a goal weight or size, i just want to live a completely healthier lifestyle. .

During this quarantine, i am finding ways to be active. Walking up the stairs, online Zumba classes and working out between meetings. I will not let this hard time take away from my progress. .

Working out as become a big part of my life and i feel like i officially live in active wear.
