Beauties!! Let me tell you! My week has been crazy!!! So hectic! I’ve been preparing for a really important presentation for work all week! I finally presented today, and it went amazing, but my anxiety was on 100%. Of course it had to be the week I’m starting new hormone medication. .
.
A little update on that: so far so good! Im not feeling any mood changes so far which is a great sign. I want to share my medication list soon but let me get used to it first. The list just keeps adding up. I’m officially up to 6 pills a day including my vitamins! I’ve gotten my routine set up perfectly and my head is focused! Make sure to check my instastories for updates i can’t check my phone during work hours anymore which limits my time on here but i feel like it’s a blessing in disguise because i have been less anxious and more mindful of the present!
