Under the artistic direction of Josie Walsh ballet_red , dancers are guided through a rigorous training process that reflects the demands of today’s contemporary ballet landscape, blending precision, versatility, and creative exploration.⁠

Each day begins with ballet technique and pointe, building a strong classical base that extends into contemporary ballet, modern, and contemporary dance. Additional training in improvisation, partnering, composition, and ballroom encourages dancers to move beyond convention, developing a more dynamic and adaptable approach to performance.⁠

For dancers attending both weeks, the performance track offers the opportunity to take part in the creation of new work, culminating in a fully produced concert dance performance.⁠
