Had my grandmother for the weekend. Got aggravated because she kept asking where the food came from.

Then it hit me:

What if your shadow work is her?

Alzheimer’s runs in my bloodline. If I don’t change now, I’ll become what I dislike.

So I’m learning grace. Because the grace I give her? Will be regiven to me if I end up the same way.
