What does justice mean if the rules don't benefit everyone? 

856 people were specifically excluded from a chance at fairness when a Washington state law changed in 2023.

Lawmakers voted to stop the practice of automatically punishing people with juvenile records twice – but they failed to include people like Travis who were already given an unfair sentence before the law changed. 

Nothing can bring back lost time, but we have a chance through the Fair Score Act to make sure no more time is lost. We are fighting to give people a chance to go before a judge and be resentenced fairly.
