How To Move From ChatGPT To Claude Without Losing Anything.

Welcome to AI, Now You Know, the weekly AI series for women. Every week I am going to help you go from AI curious to AI confident.

In lesson three we are solving the number one reason women stay stuck in ChatGPT even when they know there is something better out there. You have built things there. Your prompts, your preferences, your whole setup. Starting over feels exhausting. I hear you.

So here is exactly how to take everything with you in three steps.

Step 1. Open Claude. Go to Settings, then Capabilities, then Memory, then Start Import. Claude will give you a prompt. Copy it.

Step 2. Open ChatGPT. Start a fresh chat and paste that prompt in. ChatGPT will generate a summary of everything it knows about you.

Step 3. Copy that summary. Go back to Claude and paste it into the import box. Done. Claude now knows you.

The whole thing takes ten minutes. And after those ten minutes Claude stops feeling like a stranger and starts feeling like someone who actually gets you.
