**1. Coercive Control**
At its core, this behavior is a hallmark of **coercive control**. This isn’t just about the act of recording; it’s about the underlying intent to dominate and monitor. **2. Technology-Facilitated Abuse (Tech Abuse)**
Since electronic devices are being used to perpetrate the harm, this is a textbook example of **Tech Abuse**.
 * **Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII):** Recording someone in a state of undress or during sexual activity without their consent is a form of sexual violence.
