#ad #cabotpartner As someone who lives and builds in a hot climate an outdoor stain that can reduce surface temperature on deck and furniture projects is really exciting. I tried out cabotstain Heat-Reducing Solid Color Stain + Sealer with Cool Feel Technology® in “Hampton Gray” on some cedar 2x6s on a 94 degree day in Joshua Tree. From a design standpoint I like the way dark grey stains provide a modern aesthetic and I am happy to have an option to keep my outdoor wooden surfaces a bit cooler.
