Out of all the greatness and exceptional things that filled the room, the thing that struck me the most was probably celebrating that moment and evening with a fellow Filipina❤️ Two girls from the same roots gunning for the world stage, showing that dreams have no borders :(

And tonight at the laureussport World Sports Awards, I was again reminded that at the finish line, checkered flag, last jump, final goal; we were never playing just for ourselves but to show that sports has the power to change the world, to unite differences, and to allow dreams to live regardless of background. ❤️‍🩹

Leaving with a full heart!!! And a night I’ll never forget, meeting my heroes, sharing conversations, and wearing pretttyyy clothes hihi
