House boats are common on Barnegat Bay, but this is a little extra. On the other hand, in this real estate market, you find a house you like, you stick with it. This one was being unconventionally transported from its old home in Surf City to a new one over in West Creek on Friday, April 17, according to The SandPaper.

“It’s a full circle moment when you sell a house… and then get to see it float across Barnegat Bay a few months later,” Bill Hodgson, the local realtor who sent us this video, wrote on Instagram.
