First and foremost, I want to say that I think Kris Jenner looks absolutely stunning. She is a beautiful woman and always has been. This video is not meant to criticize her appearance in any way. I am discussing this because it is a very popular topic, and I wanted to share my professional opinion.

When plastic surgery is done well, it can look beautiful in the beginning. Part of that early result often comes from temporary post-surgical swelling and inflammation, which can create fullness and a fresh, lifted appearance. As healing continues and that inflammation naturally goes down, the face begins to return to its usual aging patterns.

In my opinion, the best and longest-lasting results happen when the tissues are prepared before surgery and supported afterward. If a person spends time improving the health and function of the tissues through proper facial massage, good lymphatic drainage, healthy circulation, facial exercises, and posture, the face is often better prepared for surgery and may recover more smoothly afterward.

For me, the fundamentals never change: excellent blood flow, good posture, healthy lymphatic drainage, and consistent exercises that help the body maintain better patterns over time. When these foundations are in place, the results of surgery can often look softer, more natural, and last longer.

That is why, in my opinion, proper facial maintenance is an important part of supporting the best possible result from facial plastic surgery.

Please feel free to ask me questions in the comments, and I will be happy to answer.
