“Speed Racer” roared back into theatres this week remastered in IMAX, the way the Wachowski’s meant it to be seen, and WOW what an experience!

To see it as it was meant to be seen, with my family and friends 18 years after its release…it meant the absolute world to me. My kids have never seen their old man on the screen and that made this even more special. PLUS, I got to hang with my on-screen brother, the legend, Speed Racer himself, Emile.

Big thanks to emilehirsch for spearheading, to warnerbros for making it happen, to legendary theatres like chinesetheatres for giving it a home and most of all TO THE FANS who helped sell out countless screenings of it.
