I met this young pitcher who was struggling with her screwball and fastball😕 Most coaches would’ve told her that she needed to work on her grip and stopped there👀 But that wasn’t ultimately what this pitcher needed🙅‍♀️ Because she was falling off and leaning with her shoulders, no matter what we did to her grip, she would likely still struggle with it.  So instead, we made a quick adjustment by thinking to stay tall with her pitch💁‍♀️ She felt the difference and the change which ultimately means…  She can fix it💡 Get the feel. Use the drills. Make the fix. Keep it rolling🤝🫶 #softball #pitching #strikeout #pitcher #screwball
