Hot Honey Nashville Mozzarella Sticks 🧀🌶️🍯

Cheesy and sweet with a little heat, these crispy Nashville-style mozzarella sticks are dangerous. One bite and you’re hooked 😏🔥

RECIPE

Seasoned Breading:

- 1½ cups panko
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Oil for frying
- Mike’s Hot Honey Original

Instructions

1. Freeze mozzarella sticks for 1 hour.
2. Mix panko + breadcrumbs + all the spices.
3. Coat in flour → egg → seasoned breadcrumbs. Repeat for extra crunch. Freeze 20 min.
4. Fry at 350°F (175°C) for 2–3 minutes until golden and crispy.
5. Drizzle Mike’s Hot Honey on top right after frying.
6. Serve hot and enjoy
