Our Spring Benefit silent auction opens this Friday, April 24, at 10 am. We’re delighted to share even more of our items!

Up for bid:
🇯🇵 Step into a century of Japanese culinary tradition with an intimate, private okonomiyaki dinner hosted by a member of Otafuku's founding family. Compare Hiroshima-style and Kansai-style preparations side-by-side, exploring the ingredients, techniques, and stories behind each. Up to eight guests, NYC area only. 
🍽️ Savor Chef Daniel Boulud's distinctly French take on steakhouse classics — think wagyu beef, lobster, and tableside-carved prime rib — in an atmosphere that captures the elegance of France in the heart of New York.
🌃 Join Allen Katz, founder of Brooklyn's acclaimed New York Distilling Company, for an evening of cocktails, whiskey education, and hands-on blending. You and five guests will blend and bottle your own rye whiskey — at your home or at the distillery — and each guest leaves with a signed bottle of Jaywalk Small Batch or Bonded Rye.

All auction proceeds will support The Dwight School Foundation’s core initiatives of student financial aid, faculty professional development, and Spark Tank innovation grants.
