Babylon Mercantile is launching “Diced,” a new cooking competition series inspired by Chopped.

Contestants will be given a mystery basket of ingredients and one hour to create a dish, with judges looking for creativity, flavor, and presentation.

The monthly events will take place June 20, July 23, and Aug. 20 at 6 PM.
