It took me a really long time to realize that being a good mom doesn’t mean giving up your life for your kids

Being a good mom can also consist of taking care of yourself, filling your cup, and loving yourself!

You do not have to lose yourself to be a good mom. In fact, I believe it’s actually the opposite!
