For the last two weeks of Second Chance Month, CCT is saying thank you out loud, to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg employers who hire the people we serve. 👏

Pathways to economic mobility start before release, and they keep going long after. They start with an employer who says yes to an interview, a supervisor who shows up, and a team that treats someone like the valued employee they are. That's what our employer partners do, every day, often before anyone outside of CCT sees the work. 💼
