I’m so grateful to God for allowing me to be a vessel of healing this past weekend at The breaking the silence event organized by greaterthanwiam hosted by janaiya.embodied 
Yoga was lead by tenacioustreewellness 

Inside our healing circle, we went deep…
We did inner child healing and integration, meeting the younger versions of ourselves with love instead of pain.

We reconnected to the womb through somatic healing movements, releasing stored emotions held in the hips and pelvic space.

And we closed with forgivenes letting go of everything that no longer serves us, emotionally, spiritually, and energetically.

These women didn’t just attend… they transformed.
They walked out lighter, freer, and more connected to themselves.

This is what happens when women feel safe enough to heal. 🤍
