Throughout the years, #Scouts – like #EagleScout Neil Armstrong – have ventured into the great unknown, expanding our knowledge and universal human experience in space.
 
With the nasaartemis launch last week, history continues to be made. The farthest anyone has traveled from Earth? 248,655 miles – courtesy of the Apollo 13 crew in 1970. Today, the Artemis II team aims to break that record with a lunar fly-by and splash down off the coast of San Diego near the end of the week.
 
As we celebrate this monumental opportunity – and look ahead to all that awaits – we encourage youth across ALL our programs to dream big, work hard and set their sights on the stars (and beyond!).
