The deadline for the President Gerald R. Ford Student Writing Challenge is almost here (as in, Thursday, March 13, at 5 p.m. EDT).
 
President Ford was a Distinguished Eagle Scout, and now it’s your turn to show your leadership through writing. YOU(th) are asked to respond - in 500-750 words - to a thought-provoking prompt. First place takes home $2,500 - and a whole lot of honor, too.
