🏅 A True Scouting Hero 🏅

Congratulations to Driver Operator Greg Foote of stlbsa, awarded the prestigious Honor Medal for his courageous, off-duty actions that saved a life.

While camping with his family in April 2024, Greg recognized a life-threatening situation unfolding nearby. Drawing on his training and experience, he stepped in without hesitation—safely removing an individual in crisis from a locked vehicle and providing lifesaving care until emergency services arrived.

Because of his bravery, that person is alive today.

Greg’s actions reflect the very best of Scouting’s values—service, courage, and putting others first.
