It's ✨ National Volunteer Week ✨, but our volunteers deserve our gratitude, accolades and sincere thanks year-round. 

Y'all form the heart of Scouting America...and we cannot put into words the positive impact you have made - and will continue to make - on the youth of our country. Thank YOU for helping young people grow into the best versions of themselves and Be Prepared. For Life. 

Throughout the rest of April (at minimum!), we will be spotlighting Scouting America's volunteers - from our Commissioners (ncstinsta), to those at National or our Councils, to those in/at seascoutsbsa, exploring_lfl, thecubscouts, venturingbsa, Scouts BSA, our High Adventure Bases (philmontscoutranch, bsaseabase, bechtelsummit and northern_tier), oa.scouting, for natjamboree and even MORE. 🤯

We need YOUR help to do this, however. 

So, speak up, send us an email (to Social.Media@Scouting.org) and say "thanks" to the volunteer(s) in your life, today. When we say "volunteers," we also mean parents, where/when applicable. 

Include how the volunteer(s) has made a difference in your life and Scouting experience - and, if you have it, a photo or two. Make sure to say #YesScouting if you are OK with us using what you send for our marketing, PR and social media endeavors. We appreciate your help - and patience! - throughout this process. 🫶
