Baltimore County Police are searching for a group of Peeping Toms in the Towson area, and a Towson University student caught them on camera.

A violation of privacy and safety has been a reality for Towson University student Chloe White since September 2025.

“We received a police visit, and they stated that someone anonymously called in and said that someone was recording through our windows," White told WMAR-2 News.
