Palak Paneer ✨✨

Its easy and nutritious, so make it duh. Btw i used deepindiankitchen garlic naan

Ingredients:
•2 lbs of spinach
•2 cups of cut paneer
•1 teaspoons of cumin seeds
•1 teaspoons of ginger & garlic paste
•1/4 cup of sliced white onions
•2 tomatoes
•2 green chilis 
•1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
•1 1/2 teaspoons of chili powder 
•1 1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder
•1 1/2 teaspoon of coriander powder
•1/2 teaspoon of turmeric 
•1 teaspoon of garaham masala
•olive oil
•2 tablespoons of ghee

Instructions:
1. In a boiling pot of water, blanch your spinach for one minute, placing it in an ice bath and squeezing out any remaining liquid.
2. In a pan, add some oil and brown each side of the paneer till its golden brown
3. In a pan, add oil, sautee some cumin seeds, onions, tomatoes, and ginger garlic paste with the chilis. 
4. Add the spinach and sautee on low for 5 minutes.
5. Take the mixture and blend till its smooth. 
6. Place the spinach mixture in the pan, add seasonings, and the paneer. 
7. If the spinach thickens too quickly, add 1 cup of water to thin it out.
8. Let it cook on low for about 5-10 minutes, checking for salt and seasonings, adjust to your taste.
9. Serve it with some ghee, naan, or rice
