## Caption

💕Beef Cabbage Soup 

A simple recipe to get you prepared for soup szn thats high in fiber and protein 

Ingredients:
•1lb of ground beef
•2 tablespoons of olive oil
•2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
•1/2 onion chopped
•4-5 garlic cloves minced 
•1 tablespoon of tomato paste 
•3 cups of cabbage
•2-3 carrots 
•1 1/2 Teaspoons of Salt
•1 Teaspoons of Black Pepper
•1 1/2 Teaspoon of Smoked Paprika 
•1 Teaspoon of Italian Seasoning or 1 Teaspoons of Rosemary & Thyme 
•2 Bay Leaves 
•1 48oz can of crushed tomatoes or 5-6 tomatoes
•4-6 Cups of Chicken Stock

Instructions.
1. In a pot, add butter and oil and sautee the onions and garlic 
2. Add in the ground beef and cook for a few seconds.
3. Add tomato paste and cook for a minute or two
4. Begin adding in the cabbage and carrots along with the seasonings. 
5. Cover the pot and let the cabbage soften.
6. Pour in the crushed tomatoes, chicken stock, and fresh herbs. 
7. Cook on low heat for about an hour and serve
