We’re officially selling our home!
Time for the next chapter…

🏠 When we bought this house, we immediately saw what it could become. We fully reimagined it from top to bottom with the goal of blending Scandinavian and Mexican design into something that felt beautiful but also comfortable and practical for real everyday life with kids. We did everything!… New plumbing, electrical, HVAC, tankless water heater, aluminum double-pane windows and doors, skylights, oak hardwood floors, handmade Mexican brick floors, Portola walls, travertine bathrooms, designer lighting throughout, Kohler fixtures and a Danish cabinetry kitchen from Reform. It was a big project for us, but in the end it was all worth it..

📍When we first started looking we didn’t know about Granada Hills, but we ended up choosing this area because it had a quiet neighborhood feel with everything you needed close by — great schools, access to hikes, House Roots coffee shop just a bike ride away, and the house sits right on Knollwood Country Club golf course (looking at all golfers out there, great course that’s never too busy 👀 ⛳️ ).

💵  And over the last few years, the house has also become an incredible location rental for film and photo productions, generating over $160k in 2025 alone, all with very minimal disruption to our daily lives. I can’t understate how amazing this has been to us.
