MEAL PREP: Episode 1 ✨This week’s menu:

🥦 Garlic Soy Salmon with rice and steamed broccoli.
🥔 Sheet Pan Chicken sausage with Brussels sprouts and Ranch potatoes.
🍗 Buffalo Chicken made with primalkitchenfoods Buffalo sauce, with cucumber tomato salad and rice.

For the salmon marinade, whisk together soy sauce, a splash of rice wine vinegar, a few dashes of sesame oil, ground ginger, red pepper flakes and minced fresh garlic. 🤌🏼
