I’m 49. And if you’ve been told your hormones can’t be balanced after 40….I need you to hear me.

That take is technically true about TWO hormones. Estrogen and progesterone decline in perimenopause.

Those levels can’t be “balanced” through food or lifestyle when estrogen is naturally declining and you’re not ovulating. I know this and I personally take estradiol and progesterone. I support HRT for women who need it.

But “balancing your hormones” was NEVER just about estrogen and progesterone.

It’s about the hormones still running your body every single day. The ones dictating your cravings, your energy, your sleep, your mood, your weight.
Insulin. Cortisol. Leptin. Ghrelin. Thyroid signaling.

These don’t leave in perimenopause. They go HAYWIRE because estrogen was helping regulate them, and now it’s not. They’re still here. Still fixable. Still yours to balance every single day.

And they all respond to one master lever: blood sugar.
When you balance blood sugar, you manage insulin. When you manage insulin, you regulate cortisol.

When cortisol regulates, you sleep. When you sleep, leptin and ghrelin recalibrate. When those recalibrate, cravings drop. When cravings drop, weight shifts. When weight shifts, energy returns.

All downstream of one lever. And there’s an ORDER to fixing it.

This is what I call the Hormone Stacking Method. You don’t do everything at once. You do the right things in the right order:

Blood sugar and insulin first. Then cortisol. Then digestion. Then thyroid. Feminine hormones respond LAST when the foundation is finally strong enough to support them.

This is why HRT alone doesn’t deliver what women expect. HRT can’t fix insulin resistance. It can’t fix inflammation. It can’t rebuild muscle. HRT replaces what’s gone. It doesn’t rebuild what’s broken.

The foundation is what you control. HRT is the support layer on top. Both matter. The order matters more.

Comment STACKING and I’ll send you my free Hormone Stacking Method Quick Reference Guide —the exact 5-stack sequence I start every client with.
