Loudoun County School District is showing what happens when students are trusted to lead. 🙌

Last year, 7 middle schools stepped into our Train the Trainer program. This year, 7 more followed by building a growing network of student leaders who are changing their school communities from the inside out.

This is the power of peer-to-peer education.
Students aren’t just learning content…they’re owning it.

They:
✨ Share their personal digital stories to create real connection
✨ Identify the biggest challenges happening in their school
✨ Customize each lesson to meet those needs
✨ Partner side-by-side with educators as Digital First Responders

And it doesn’t stop with students—
This program brings the entire community together with:
✔️ A virtual parent presentation
✔️ A full school-wide kickoff to align students, staff, and families

So when student leaders step in to present, their message lands because the foundation is already there.
