It’s brunch time! Smoked salmon eggs benedict.
I’m using Changing Seas thick cut smoked salmon by bluecirclefoods for a meaty bite. It’s smoked with beechwood, which gives it this really delicate, clean flavor. Unlike a lot of smoked salmon, it also has no added sugar, which I love. Find it at Whole Foods!
