👟 Going for daily walks- bonus when I can visit a local lake! 

🛶 Getting out on the water - it’s always so good to be near water for my mental health 

💊 Eating healthy and taking my @newchapterinc Every Woman’s One Daily Multivitamin - I love that it has fermented zinc and Vitamins C and A to keep my immunity up (especially as a busy mom of 2!)
