The perfect weekend getaway idea < 90 min from the Twin Cities! 🚘 We just got back from an AWESOME weekend in Eau Claire, Wisconsin and packed SO many fun activities and foodie stops in! 🍨 Below are the top spots. Did I miss any of your favorites?!

☕️ Coffee: @phoenixcoffee.ec and @eaushift

🍎 Activities: 🧑‍🌾 Farmer’s Market, @childrensmuseumec, @fergusonsorchard (in the fall), 🥾 Hike at Willow River State Park (great stop on the way to/from Eau Claire) 

🥞 Brunch: @thenucleuscafe (get the pumpkin pancakes! 🎃) and @informalist (don’t miss the French toast!)

🌮 Restaurants: 🍔 Houligans Steak & Seafood Pub, @olsonsicecream, California’s Tacos, @monalisasrestaurant PLUS @chefshack (in Bay City) and@pier500hudson (in Hudson) are great stops to/from Eau Claire! 

🛍️ Shop: @helloadorn, @thelocalstore.wi, @tangledupinhue, @blueoxrunning

🛏️ Stay: Galloway Flats (book on @Airbnb) just 5 minutes from the downtown area! Super spacious, beautifully decorated, full kitchen and even has a washer & dryer!
