❄️Wear warm, breathable gear. Breathable is important since you’ll be working up a sweat! 
❄️Make sure you’re wearing the right size for your weight (including packs you carry)!
❄️Go with a buddy or tell somewhere where you’ll be
❄️Waterproof your jacket! So important for staying dry in the snow. @nikwaxna has a super easy system - wash the jacket once with the green bottle (Tech Wash) to clean and once with the purple bottle (TX.Direct wash-in) to waterproof. Love seeing the beads of water to know it worked!
