💧 I took the #SpeakYourMind Ice Bucket Challenge — with a chemistry twist. My students nominated me, so I treated my lab coat with a hydrophobic silicone spray and put it to the test… spoiler: ice water still wins.
But this challenge is about more than staying dry — it’s about supporting mental health.
🧠 39% of college students experience significant mental health issues, but too many don’t get the help they need. That’s why I’m supporting active_minds , an organization working to change the culture around mental health.
