🌍 À l’occasion du Jour de la Terre, nous sommes fiers de contribuer à l’amélioration continue de notre planète et de vous partager quelques initiatives du Centre Bell 💚

Certifié LEED Or, notre bâtiment est conçu pour réduire son empreinte environnementale (énergie, eau, matériaux, qualité de l’air et gestion des déchets). Nous sommes aussi fiers de détenir la certification « Ici on recycle + » de Recyc-Québec, soulignant nos efforts en tri, réduction à la source et optimisation de nos pratiques.

Notre engagement est également reconnu à l’international : le Centre Bell et les Canadiens de Montréal seront honorés au Green Sports Alliance Summit pour leur leadership en gestion des matières résiduelles.

Parmi nos actions concrètes : ruches d’abeilles sur le toit du Centre Bell, 50 % de valorisation des matières, utilisation de gaz naturel renouvelable et verres d’aluminium recyclables, en collaboration avec Rio Tinto dans le cadre du programme Vert le but — chaque geste compte pour bâtir un avenir plus durable ♻️🌱

🌍 On Earth Day, we are proud to contribute to the continuous improvement of our planet and to share some initiatives from the Bell Centre💚

LEED Gold certified, our building is designed to reduce its environmental footprint (energy, water, materials, indoor air quality, and waste management). We are also proud to hold the “Ici on recycle +” certification from Recyc-Québec, highlighting our efforts in sorting, source reduction, and continuous improvement.

Our commitment is also recognized internationally: the Bell Centre and the Montreal Canadiens will be honored at the Green Sports Alliance Summit for their leadership in waste management.

Among our concrete actions: beehives on the roof of the Centre Bell, 50% waste diversion, use of renewable natural gas, and recyclable aluminum cups, in collaboration with Rio Tinto as part of the Vert le but program — every action counts toward building a more sustainable future ♻️🌱
