Gynecomastia Surgery | Before & 1 Month Post-Op

In this case, the gynecomastia was significantly more pronounced on the left side, so the surgical plan was tailored to address the asymmetry and restore a more balanced chest contour.
Using a 1–2 cm incision hidden along the edge of the areola, we can perform both liposuction and gland excision through the same discreet access point. At 1 month, the chest is already taking shape, but healing is still ongoing—residual swelling, firmness, and subtle asymmetry can improve further over the next few months as tissues soften and settle.
