Before & after of a spool that was meant to be “repaired”… sometimes the best repair is starting again from scratch.

The original had seen better days — poor prep, rough welds, and no real longevity in it. Instead of patching over problems, this one was cut out and replaced properly, clean fit-up, solid welds, and built to last.

It’s not always about the quickest fix, it’s about doing the job right so it doesn’t come back to bite later.

Definitely looks better than the last guy’s work 🤣
