This week’s intentional moment: a date night with my husband (and baby). With a toddler off at my parents' for a sleepover, we took advantage of the quieter chaos, strolled the Trans Canada Trail and grabbed dinner together. Something we used to do often when our toddler was a baby.  It wasn’t totally uninterrupted (hello, baby), but it was still time to reconnect, talk, and just be together.
