We educate ourselves 
We destroy out of anger 
We rebuild out of love 
We scream and cry 
Just for another one of us to die! 

When is enough, Enough? 

When will the pigmentation of my skin not be a threat? 

When will officers realize they do not have the right to decide who lives and who dies? 

When will we Implement a plan where officers have to undergo mental health training, how to handle situations professionally without fear, undergo 1500 hours of traineing instead of 770 hours; which is less than a barber by the way.... there needs to be a plan, A new structure needs to be built.. People are dying... people are dying. PEOPLE ARE DYING. 

I have said this time and time again this is not a war of white versus black this is a war against what is right versus what is wrong and this is a war of The people against racism on all levels.
