raspberry lemonade cake mix cookies, the perfect flavors for Summer 🍋 

one of my favorite ways to make super soft cookies is using pre-packaged cake mix! 

for this batch I used a box of lemon cake mix + 2 eggs + 1 stick of softened butter to make the dough. allow dough to chill at least 30 min before baking, it’s normal if it feels more sticky than traditionally made cookie dough! 

I found the raspberry candy bits at worldmarket and they gave the cookies such a wonderful candy baked texture! 

they’re definitely not the most aesthetic looking cookies, but they sure are tasty 🤤
