What if this is just the beginning? Sometimes, you find yourself in the middle of a period when everything feels overwhelming. When you wonder why you, of all people, have to go through this, why it has to be so hard, and whether things will ever get easier again. I only now realize that I had to endure it all to become the person I am today. Strong enough to make the decision to move with my daughter to the other side of the world in search of adventure and time together. And when you’re in such a tough period, it often feels like it’s all for nothing. Like you’re just surviving, without really getting anything in return. But I want to give you a damn powerful reminder:
Everything you’ve endured, all those moments when you thought you couldn’t take it anymore, when you wanted to give up but kept going... it wasn’t for nothing. You didn’t become this strong for nothing. You didn’t grow for nothing. You didn’t change for nothing. Even if you can’t see it yet, there are things waiting for you that you can’t even imagine right now. Beautiful things. Peace.
Growth. New opportunities. Not because life is always fair, but because you fought your way there. And maybe you don’t quite believe it yet, but remember this: You deserve it. Really!
