In 1994 nyknicks’ guard John Starks shot an abysmal 2-18 in a 90-84 game 7 loss to the houstonrockets. Patrick Ewing was the leader of that Knicks’ squad, but had no problem with Starks. He wanted him to shoot, expected him to shoot, & he wouldn’t respect Starks if didn’t! Ewing said… “If you don’t believe in yourself that the next one is going in then I don’t want to play with you”
