Opened in 2024, Hakuba was born from the shared vision of Chefs ArnaudDonckele, Takuya Watanabe (TakuParis) and Maxime.Frédéric. Offering a gastronomic initiation conceived as a journey, here, the traditions of the Land of the Rising Sun meet the treasures of the Atlantic and French coasts through the art of kaiseki-sushi cuisine.
