The Palm chapter of Blue Book 2026: Hidden Garden celebrates the gentle elegance of tropical fronds through designs that capture their movement and grace. The suite draws inspiration from two archival designs by Jean Schlumberger: a gilded palm tree sculpture from 1961 and an unfinished sketch of rose leaves. Instead of recreating the objects literally, Chief Artistic Officer Nathalie Verdeille reimagines them with twisting, overlapping platinum leaves to evoke the feeling of lying beneath swaying palms as sunlight filters through a vibrant palette of unenhanced rubies and brilliant diamonds.
