I genuinely loved everything I tried there but my absolute favourite was the tolo beef Jollof rice. 

Tolo beef Jollof is a Ghanaian one-pot rice dish cooked in a spiced tomato-based sauce, featuring tolo beef—a salty, cured meat that adds a rich, smoky flavor. It’s hearty, vibrant, and often paired with fried plantains or salad.
